Tuesday Reflections

Dear Milo,

It's a minute before midnight, so that just gives me enough time to squeeze in another English Blog Post.

Gosh I'm getting a headache from all that mugging. Currently, I'm struggling against time to finish mugging economics. I usually leave it to the eleventh hour to ensure that it sticks, but this time it's quite overwhelming.

For GP, I am quite resigned to the fact that I'm not going to write any essay that has got to do with any of the topics which have info packs. I usually find it more interesting to write about topics that are not very popular, especially if it falls within my "economist" pool of knowledge. But I must admit that I take on really perilous topics at times, such as "Should Literature be made a compulsory subject in schools?" or other unpopular topics which I have little or no knowledge about. Hopefully such a situation does not materialise again.

Anyway, the weekend of sports turned out to be rather tepid. Man U beat Stoke city 2-0 with two excellent assists from Giggs, but that was about all. I was pleasantly surprised that Chelsea lost to Wigan 3-1 though, and I had the honour of watching the wigan put a nail into the coffin of Ancelloti et al. F1 was rather ok, but nothing interesting or dramatic happened. Kimi also came in 10th, which was a huge disappointment. If I were the team principal, I would have equipped Kimi's car with extra light fuel, get him to pit early, then get Fisichella to crash his car (maybe underneath the MRT track, so that you can blame the crash on electromagnetic waves that screwed up the gearbox). That way, Kimi could have truimphed.

Ok then. I had better go to sleep. One more day to mug econs....and GP (sadly it's not Grand Prix). Shall continue writing to you tomorrow.

Cheers.

And to all readers.... All the best for your promos!
